The Victorian Blouse - Finishing Construction

First, I overlocked all edges that would be exposed in the shirt, then I made the lace:
 Then gathered the lace:
And backed the centre back panel:
And sewed the back pieces the the centre:

 on both sides
 and folded it out:

inside
Then I sewed on the peplum:

 and pressed:
then sewed the yoke pieces together:
 and pressed:
 and added the ruffle:

tacked placement line for ruffle
 Then attached the yoke:

and attached the yoke to the gathered back piece:

and folded and pressed everything out:
Then I made the cuff and attached the ruffle:
and attached the gathered sleeve to the cuff:
and pinned the decorative ribbon on along the edge of the lace:
Then I started working on the inside yoke lining:
and sewed up center front first:

 Then flipped and pressed it:
and folded it around, pinned in place and top-stitched from the inside.

 sewing the yoke:
to make the ribbon the right size, I had to fold, pin and press it on the ironing board
Then I pinned the ribbon on:

and top stitched it in place with blue thread and a cream bobbin so it doesn't show as much on the inside.
 Then I prepared the collar:

Next, I pinned the lace collar through both layers of the neckline:

Then sewed it in place and trimmed the excess:
 Then attached the muslin:
And trimmed and pressed the seam allowance down

then top-stitched the seam allowance down:
and added buttonholes to the cuffs:

but did a practice run before:

Then marked the button location after the holes were all sewn and cut open:

 finished cuff:
then did buttonholes down the front:

 and marked the button placement:
Then I photographed it on a size 12 mannequin in the fashion studios because the mannequins in costume where currently unavailable...

unfortunately, the shirt was a size 10 and wouldn't button up on the fashion mannequin... but you can get the idea:
